Please ensure your parasol is securely fastened into the base with the screw mechanism, to prevent the parasol coming loose. Do not use your parasol in windy conditions, or without securing the parasol into the base sufficiently.

Always ensure the parasol is securely fastened in the base before use.
Use only on stable, level ground to prevent the parasol from tipping.
Do not move the base while the parasol is open.
In strong winds or adverse weather, close the parasol and remove it from the base.
Children should not climb on, sit on, or play with the base.
Care & maintenance
Periodically check and tighten all screws and fittings to ensure the base remains secure.
Inspect the base and securing mechanism regularly for signs of wear or damage.
Clean the base with a soft cloth and mild soapy water if required.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Weather & storage
While designed for outdoor use, we recommend storing the base in a sheltered area during prolonged periods of non-use.
Avoid leaving the base exposed to standing water or extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
If storing indoors or moving the base, ensure it is lifted carefully due to its weight.
This base is designed to stabilise a parasol but cannot guarantee stability in strong winds or extreme weather conditions.
Delivery
All bases are sent separately to other items due to their weight.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and sent via a 48-hour delivery service. Next working day delivery is also available at checkout for faster shipping.
