Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@bohoparasolhut.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service such as DPD or UPS.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights. This may include repair, replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
