12-Month Warranty Policy
At Boho Parasol Hut, we take great care in the design and manufacture of our products and stand behind their quality. This policy outlines what is covered under our 12-month warranty and how claims are handled.
What the Warranty Covers
All parasols and deckchairs purchased from Boho Parasol Hut come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering genuine manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is intended to give customers confidence when purchasing our products and applies to faults that occur despite correct use and care.
How Warranty Claims Are Assessed
If you believe your product has developed a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
All claims are subject to inspection and assessment. We will determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing fault or whether it has arisen due to use, storage, handling or environmental factors.
Where a valid manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will always aim to resolve the issue in the most appropriate way.
Our Resolution Process
Where a warranty claim is accepted, our approach will be as follows:
-
Repair
Wherever possible, we will arrange for the product or component to be repaired. -
Replacement
If a repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
If the original product is no longer available, we will offer the closest equivalent model. -
Refund
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a refund may be offered as a final resolution.

Buy-Back Scheme (Outside Warranty)
Outside of the 12-month warranty period, we may still be able to help.
We offer a buy-back initiative on parasols, allowing customers to return items for assessment. Depending on condition, parasols may be refurbished, re-homed, or responsibly dismantled so materials can be reused. In exchange you will receive a gift voucher of up to £50.00 towards a future purchase following assessment.
This scheme is separate from the warranty.
