Standard Purchases
For standard, non-bespoke purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are treated as a return and are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Where products are sold as pre-order or made to order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Cancellations After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy once the item has been delivered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
