Please ensure your parasol is securely fastened into the base with the screw mechanism, to prevent the parasol coming loose. Do not use your parasol in windy conditions, or without securing the parasol into the base sufficiently.

We also believe that just because a parasol has reached the end of its life with one owner, that doesn’t mean it has reached the end of its life altogether.
That’s why we offer a buy-back initiative on parasols purchased through us. Depending on condition, returned pieces may be refurbished for hire or carefully dismantled so materials can be reused; from wooden components to fabrics repurposed. In exchange, we will issue a gift card for up to £50.00.
It’s a more considered approach to making and owning outdoor pieces, designed to last, and designed to be kept in circulation.
