The Florence - Hire
Vibrant, expressive and full of charm, The Florence parasol brings a playful yet refined energy to our premium hire collection — perfect for weddings, garden parties and creative outdoor settings.
Featuring a beautifully multi-coloured floral design, Florence introduces a soft blend of colour that feels both joyful and considered. The abstract floral pattern creates movement across the canopy, making it a natural focal point while still pairing effortlessly with a variety of palettes and settings.
Finished with natural cotton fringing, the silhouette is softened with texture and gentle movement, adding a relaxed, romantic touch that enhances both modern and traditional environments.
Crafted with an authentic wooden pole and adjustable tilt, The Florence is designed with both style and practicality in mind — allowing you to follow the sun and create comfortable shaded spaces throughout the day.

Useful Information
Minimum Hire Period
All parasols are hired on a minimum four-day basis, making them perfect for long weekends, weddings, and extended outdoor events. Our four day parasol hire is £60 per parasol and £80 four eight days.
Payment & Security Deposit
To secure your booking, we take a 50% deposit at checkout.
The following will then be due 7 days prior to your hire date:
- Remaining balance
- Delivery & collection costs
- Refundable security deposit (£100 per parasol)
The security deposit is fully refundable once items are returned in good condition.

Bases & Ground Anchors
Our parasols can be secured in different ways depending on your setting:
- Ground anchors (£5 each)
Suitable for grass, sand or soil. These fit within the parasol box and do not incur additional delivery costs. - Water-fillable bases (£15 each)
Ideal for hard surfaces. Please note these incur additional delivery and collection charges due to their size.
Delivery & Collection
We use trusted courier services to deliver and collect your parasols.
- Delivery and collection take place Monday to Friday only
- Deliveries are made between 8am – 7pm
- Collections take place within the same time window
We work with:
- DPD for delivery (you will receive a 1-hour time slot on the day)
- Parcelforce for collection (no printer required)
Please note, couriers are unable to call ahead.
Delivery Costs
Delivery and collection costs are calculated based on quantity.
As a guide:
- 4 parasols: £25 delivery + £25 collection
- 6 parasols: £35 delivery + £35 collection
- 8 parasols: £50 delivery + £50 collection
- 10 parasols: £75 delivery + £75 collection
Base Hire Add-On incurs the following additional charges:
- 4 bases: £25 delivery + £25 collection
- 6 bases: £35 delivery + £35 collection
- 8 bases: £50 delivery + £50 collection
- 10 bases: £75 delivery + £75 collection
A confirmed delivery quote will be provided after booking, with final payment due 7 days prior to your hire.
Please note, our parasols are 32mm pole diameter, and fit into most standard bases. We recommend checking if there are bases already at the event venue.
